Plants are our Teachers workshop: A Forest in an Inch of Moss
These workshops explore a range of approaches to art-making and materials, drawing inspiration and colour from plants, rock and soil. The programme is suitable for all abilities, and takes place in the Cathedral's Chapter House and across the grounds.

Each Plants are our Teachers workshop has a different focus, exploring a range of approaches to art making and materials drawing inspiration (and colour!) from plants, rock and soil. They can be undertaken alone or as a series.

Workshop Details
A Forest in an Inch of Moss
July 6th and 7th
Making drawings and papercuts by closely observing mosses - the coral reef of the forest - with artist Sarah Gittins.
Information and Prices
This workshop runs 10am-4:30pm and costs £120.
(Block booking all 5 workshops qualifies for a reduced fee of £100 per workshop.)
All materials are included in the fees.
A limited number of subsidised places are available on each course.
