08 Aug 2026, 17:30 – 19:00The Scottish Clarinet Choir is fast becoming a St Mary’s Festival favourite! They return this year with a varied programme of works from Smetana, Holst and Elgar, and a piece written specifically for the Choir by Stuart Rynn.
10 Aug 2026, 18:30 – 20:00A live performance of theatre music from the Noh and Kabuki traditions. Led by famous drummer Tanaka Denjiro VII, the music unfolds with perfect harmony through tireless repeated practice.
21 Aug 2026, 19:30 – 21:00The internationally-renowned St Mary's Cathedral Choir perform a beautiful concert of Vaughan Williams' Mass in G minor and Parry's famous and elegiac Songs of Farewell. Conducted by Director of Music Duncan Ferguson.
26 Aug 2026, 19:30 – 21:00Some of the UK’s finest music students, including St Mary’s Music School former pupils, perform Mendelssohn and Beethoven.
