We are excited to launch Jubilate, our new Junior Choir for children in P3-7. This is an un-auditioned choir which will have regular performances, with weekly rehearsals on a Friday afternoon. This is a choir for children in P3-7 who love to sing. We meet every Friday in the Song School on the Cathedral grounds during term time, 3-4pm. Jubilate members will have regular performance opportunities, both in services and concerts. Performances this term will include singing with the Cathedral choristers at Evensong on Friday 20th March, and a concert on Friday 27th March.
There is a subscription to take part in this choir, at £45 per term. However, money shouldn't be a barrier to singing in this choir. If you have concerns, please get in touch at office@cathedral.net.
We are always happy to welcome new members! Every child is entitled to a free trial before officially signing up. Our first rehearsal in the New Year will be Friday 9th January.
