Free lunchtime recitals every day from 1st to 31st August, except Sundays and 16th. An opportunity to hear emerging and established artists performing in a wide variety of styles, genres, and instruments.  This long-running series is undoubtedly one of the hidden gems of the Fringe.

Ben Kearsley | Guitar

Programme: Music by Hollywood film composers, English, Scottish and American folk music, music by Lennon & McCartney, and the Japanese folk song, Sakura.

Born in Edinburgh, Ben studied music at the Birmingham Conservatoire, in Madrid, Spain and La Paz, Bolivia. Ben is currently the guitar tutor for the University of Edinburgh and frequently gives recitals all over the world. Ben has recorded 15 CD albums and one DVD, Live at the Ateneo.
