The Cathedral Bell Ringers entered a team for the Scottish Association of Change Ringers Striking Competition, held in Dumfries on 20th May. The judges look for even and accurate ringing. Our team were delighted to receive the Inveraray Bell Trophy, awarded for first place (last won by St Mary’s 23 years ago). We have some enthusiastic learners in the tower and hope they will be joining us for the competition next year!
