About

A guided walk towards the sacred in the cathedral: and also in our own hearts.  Writer and performer Jo Clifford premieres her new site-specific theatre piece throughout St Mary's building and grounds.

Biography

Jo Clifford is a playwright and performer, and a proud father and grandmother.

She has written 115 plays in every dramatic medium; many have been performed all over the world.

In the Cathedral, she has performed A Space To Bless (filmed by Susan Worsfold and Stuart Platt and broadcast live over a week in lockdown) and The Covid Requiem (with Lesley Orr; and the Cathedral Choir singing Faure’s Requiem).

She has just returned from a U.S. tour of her The Gospel According To Jesus Queen Of Heaven, which she performed in churches throughout America.
