About
On the Verge is an exhibition of images made by photography student, Beth Mollison. Beth spent several weeks behind the scenes at the Cathedral and the exhibition showcases her work.
Hours: After an opening event on the evening of 1st August at 6pm, this exhibition will be open 9am-5pm Monday-Saturday and 12-5pm Sunday throughout August. This exhibition may close early for concerts/events. Please phone to check opening times for a particular day.
Artist Biography:
Beth is a student photographer, currently working on her BA (Hons) Arts in Photography at Edinburgh Napier University. She has always had a fascination with religious architecture and the topic of religion itself, so she was immediately drawn to the Cathedral to produce her photo documentary project. After spending a few weeks there, she decided she wanted to capture a lesser told story - that of a Verger and his role within the Cathedral.
