Midnight Mass

A late-night Eucharist service to bring in Christmas Day.  This traditional service has been celebrated for over 1000 years; join that tradition at St Mary's as we celebrate the birth of our Saviour Jesus Christ, by candlelight and with music sung by the Cathedral Choir.

Since this is a popular service, we are asking those attending to reserve a place in advance; this helps us plan the service.  With so many people in the Cathedral, it isn't practical to take a collection.  If you would like to make a donation towards the running of the Cathedral and its music, please feel free to do so below (suggested £10); if you would prefer to book a free ticket, simply enter 0.  All donations are gratefully received, and directly support the life, work, music and outreach of this magnificent building.
