About

A gentle workshop to reconnect with yourself and the natural world on the edge of winter

Join us in some gentle guided movement, meditation and reflection where we will (re)connect with ourselves and with nature as we go into winter.

Take a morning with us to explore a different perspective - winter as a time of growth. Growth happening in the dark. Winter as a time of stillness, gentleness and rest. A time to find your centre again. A time for home. A time for grounding. Take time to give yourself permission to dream new things into being and to put energy into yourself.
