A free-entry Friday afternoon concert of contemporary ensemble music by pupils of St Mary’s Music School, Edinburgh led by their 15-piece PLUS ENSEMBLE performed in the chancel of St Mary’s Cathedral in the city’s West End.
A varied programme will include flexibly scored works by CoMA composers Paul Burnell and Fergus Hall (a commission from Sound Scotland), music for trumpet and ensemble by Rob Hall, alongside new works for chamber groups by pupil composers.
Part of the Contemporary Music for All (CoMA) 2024 Festival.
