Plants are our Teachers workshop: Dynamic Plant Drawing
These workshops explore a range of approaches to art-making and materials, drawing inspiration and colour from plants, rock and soil. The programme is suitable for all abilities, and takes place in the Cathedral's Chapter House and across the grounds.

Each Plants are our Teachers workshop has a different focus, exploring a range of approaches to art making and materials drawing inspiration (and colour!) from plants, rock and soil. They can be undertaken alone or as a series.

These workshops are suitable for all levels of experience and ability, from beginners to advanced.
Workshop Details
Dynamic Plant Drawing
May 4th and 5th
Making and using charcoal and oak gall ink to respond to the dynamic energy of plants through drawing - with artists Annie Lord and Sarah Gittins
Information and Prices
This workshop runs 10am-4:30pm and costs £120.
(Block booking all 5 workshops qualifies for a reduced fee of £100 per workshop.)
All materials are included in the fees.
A limited number of subsidised places are available on each course.
