Our daily services of Morning Prayer, Eucharist and Choral Evensong provide a framework of worship which finds its focus in the main Sunday Eucharist (10.30am). The large Sunday congregation is drawn from a variety of locations, ages and backgrounds. Why do people come here? Some come to the Cathedral for the music, some for a moment of quiet in a busy week, and some for the beauty of the building itself. But the main focus for the life of the Cathedral is the worship of God through prayer, praise and fellowship with one another, all of which are drawn together in the Eucharist. People of all faiths, and none, are very welcome to come through the doors, to join us for a service, to light a candle, or simply to enjoy the building and its atmosphere.
