Young people are a vital and very visible part of the life of the Cathedral. The Youth Education Group aims to care for and support young people.  All people, the young and the not so young, gather at the Altar to receive the Bread of Life or a Blessing.

The Babies Playroom

The babies' playroom situated in the Chapter House is available during the service on Sunday. If young kids (0-3) need a break from the service, parents might like tio take some time out int he Chapter House.  The Service is relayed to the Chaapter House, so wheren you are there you can still listen to the service.

The Robins

The Robin Group  for 3-5 year olds meets in the Robin Room off the Walpole Hall for a song, a story and a simple activity.

Sunday Club

The Sunday Club for the 5 to 10s meet in the Club House (in Old Coates House) during the 10.30 a.m. service for worship and activities geared to individual age groups. The keywords here are fun, music, games, and friendship.

Friday Toddlers

The Toddler Group meets every Friday morning from 9.30am - 11.30am in the Walpole Hall. It is a place where local parents and carers can meet up for coffee and where their children have the much needed opportunity to race around , be creative and enjoy a sing-song. The group is run by Alison Howard, but we are very keen to involve other members of the congregation. Anybody who is interested please contact the Cathedral Office.
